Best experience I’ve ever had in a store. I was there to buy a quick suit for a wedding and expected any other department store. It turned out to be so much more, a store rich in history. The accumulation of a family who cares about what they do and who they talk to. I’d recommend this store to anyone looking for a nice suit for a wedding, graduation, or special event.

I love this store. The women’s clothing is beautiful. The service is great. The prices are in line with the service and the quality of clothes. The store in in a historical area with lots of fun shops. Street parking is difficult to find but there is plenty of public parking around Main Street St. Charles MO.

We used Thro's for our groom and groomsmen/usher wedding suits for our wedding in May. They were incredible throughout the entire process! They fit each man to their exact size and made sure each suit fit well. The suits looked so amazing on the day of. We got to work with different employees each time and they were all super friendly and helpful. Their communication was great as well! Highly recommend for wedding suits!

Very nice folks here! Welcoming and friendly experience. Worked with me on a quick-turnaround alteration before a funeral. Recommend for all your higher-end clothing needs. Also - Scouting families… Uniforms and patch sewing done right. Save the long drive to Council store and shop here! Staple in the St. Charles community.

Thro’s is such a great name for this store because it is truly a throwback. Thro’s is a throwback to a time when service mattered. Frank, who along with his wife owns Thro’s and Michelle’s, is a true gentleman who made me feel like I was the most important customer who has ever walked into his store. Frank knew exactly what size and which brands would fit me best. Frank asked me what event I was shopping for a suit for, asked what I do for work, and simply wanted to get to know me and what I needed. He made suggestions and helped me choose a suit and marked it for alternations which by the way are included in the price. Sadly, there are very few retail store remaining today where you can receive this level of service. Do yourself a favor and stop into Thro’s and Michelle’s on Main Street if you’re shopping for a business suit, jacket, dress pants, or high end casual clothing. You’ll be happy you did.

Nice clothing store on Main Street in Saint Charles City. They were recommended for cub scout uniforms and patches. The employees were super helpful sizing my son and with advice as to what I patches I needed for the uniform. They appear to have large selection of quality clothes and I hope to return sometime to check it out more one day.

Stopped in and fell in love!! Bobby was so helpful and was quick to find what I needed! I was impressed with the variety of styles from sporty to nice casual to dressed for an evening with Hubby. Prices were very good, and I was immediately told everything in front was 20% off and also told where the sale items were. I found a great casual dress that will be so cool to wear for “Music on Main” tomorrow night. I won’t have to worry about the heat! I am going back later today to buy a suit for my son. They tailor on premises.
